SSS August Kit Shaker Card

Okay, I've been getting the monthly kits from Simon since Dec, of last year. however this is the first time I will add something to their card kit gallery. Yeah, so here we go!

I started by taking out all the goodies in the August Simon Says Stamp Monthly kit, and looking over the different products.  I selected my cardbase shimmer cardstock Tropical Bay, then I grabbed my Simple Stories designer paper called Summer Vibes, the one  lite wood with words.. I loved all the different sentiments on it   I took out my Stitched Rectangles and created the window for my shaker card. I masked off the area, Inked up the Hello from the Flip Flop Season stamp set, then colored it in Spectrum Noir True Black,  along with a few of the stars from the Summertime" Pillow Puffs Stickers by October Afternoon and splattered my Wink of Stella in Gold and Silver on it!  I then added tons of seed beads and my Assorted Moonshine sequins in, then added foam tape to create the shaker part!  I added the Summer Story puffy word sticker and the yellow star for a finishing touch.
