Gardenia in Green

Hi, and welcome to another amazing week of May! Tomorrow is a big day for our family as our youngest child, will move on towards high school! But first, we celebrate all that our son has accomplished along with his friends in the ceremony!

Let's talk about today's card...
I started by stamping the Build a Flower: Gardenia in Permanent Black. Then for the layers, I used Tropical Forest.  For the leaves, I opted to use vellum and grabbed some White pigment ink and the skeleton layer(layer3) from the stamp set. While selecting the black for the cardbase and gray for a layer, I wanted to give it a bit of something extra, so I went with the Fine Frames Rectangles in a Real Gray tone.  My finishing touches were, of course, some splatters and a single heart from the Green Feilds Enamel Dots

See you again soon and God Bless
Eva
