Hello and welcome back to the blog. I had a great day, starting with watching my grands, so my daughter could get an oil change for her car. Afterward, I did Bible study on Facebook and finished my morning by creating a quick card on FB Live. The back has still got me limited to how much I can do, but I'm hopeful that I'll be back to my old self sooner rather than later. The hubby keeps telling me to visit the doctor, but I'm not at that point, yet.
Today's card is a simple but elegant design in an Obsidian black, using the leftover ink/stamp off and white cardstock. Using only 80lb White cardstock, I love the way this card turned out. The leaves and sentiment are from Garden Silhouette gave this creative design to a simple and easily case-able card. The card base was a bit too plain, so I added some black paint splatters to it. It's amazing to try and get a good photo of a white card, on a white background. lol! But somehow I got it to work!
