Hello and welcome back to the blog! Today was another day of cleaning and packing my daughter's belongings.  I got a ton of hugs from my grands, and I can't believe how much I am going to miss them!  We managed to get dinner pulled together! One of my favorite dishes. Its a chicken broccoli rice one-pan meal! Here's the recipe!

One Pan Chicken n Rice with Broccoli

1 LB Chicken Breast or Boneless Thigh meat cut into small chunks (square like)
1 can Campbells Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Chicken
1 cup of Instant Rice (Minute Rice)
1 head of Broccoli (cut into small pieces)
1/2 tsp of Garlic Powder or Garlic Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp of Salt (if using Garlic Salt omit this item)
1 1/2 water

Add chicken cut into chunks to a skillet with a bit of oil (so it doesn't stick) and add a 1/2 tsp of Garlic seasoning and a 1/4 tsp black pepper. Cook meat with seasonings over medium heat until cooked. Add soup, rice, and broccoli with the water to the pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until rice and broccoli are tender.  Plate and serve while warm.

On to today's card.

I recently got the Paint A Flower Rose stamp set from Altenew.  So I had to use it today.
I started by stamping the smaller of the two main images on 80lb white cardstock with Obsidian Black ink.

Then I grabbed last month's Paint A Flower: Poppy stamp set and used the large leave to create the background. I use the Create a Wreath die to cut out a beautiful layer. I added a touch of color with the Frosty Pink from the Red Cosmos Oval Ink collection.

For the sentiment I grabbed my favorite stamp set Sentiment Strips and cut the Congrats from one of the stamps. I put the card together and added some Enamel Dots in Red Cosmos.

Well, that's it for today! Each day with God is a blessing. Give to others as HE has given to you.
:)
