Hello and welcome back. Today I am a guest designer at Hedgehog Hollow. They sent me an amazing kit for April. So here are two of the cards I created.
The Man Stamp & Seven Days Stamp sets are featured today,
exclusively from The Hedgehog Hollow April 2020 kit.
First is my shape card. Using just what was in the kit, I grabbed the yellow and green with dots cardstock. My dad had a tackle box with the same colors. I grabbed some Hexi stitched dies from my stash and went to work die cutting each layer. Behind the card front is a white cardbase. I used the fabulous Obsidian Black ink from Altenew to ink up my sentiment from the Seven Days stamp set. I love the simple design perfect for a Dad or Husband!
For our last card, I grabbed some wood cardstock and colored it with Altneew ink color Mocha, in the mini ink version. I also used the same ink on the mustache. I added a few Rock Collection enamel dots one in each corner. The Man Cave stamp set was absolutely perfect to create a signboard card. Again keeping the card design simple for the man in your life. The main stamped image is on watercolor paper, so I could give it a more rustic look and feel!
