Altenew Inspiration Challenge May 2021


Hello and welcome back to another exciting month of challenges at Altenew. 
I've got a bit of water coloring, lots of fussy cutting a simple sentiment for you today!
 Starting with the sentiment and florals I used the beautiful Smile More stamp set.  


I used the inks suggested and their darker counter parts. So for the blooms, I used Tea Party colors. Then for the greenery I used the Tropical Forest colors. I used the Oval Inks as watercolor by gently pressing the ink pads onto a watercolor Medium Palette.  I did the same for the background, with Deep Blue Seas mini ink set, adding the blues in small sections until I got the look I loved! The paper I used for this project was watercolor paper and Parchment cardstock. The last thing I did was to add some White Ink Spray and Black ink for the sentiment.
