Spellbinders- Christmas in July part 2

I know that many of my friends and followers know that we've had some health scares here at home and that this blog post is well overdue. But I feel like I owe you all an explanation. Bill got sick and was taken to the local hospital for what we thought might have been a stroke, since he is a heart patient. Well he spent a week in hospital and has been following up with the doctors to get him back up to par. Now as for me I'm been dealing with the hubby, having to get the kids ready to go back to school and all while dealing with my own heal concerns. So thanks for your patience and I hope to see you in a live, on my blog or on IG!

Glimmer Greetings has an incredible hot foil plates collection, today I;m sharing the floral ornament and bow set called Blooming Ornament Glimmer Hot Foil Plate. For the background I used the gorgeous Geo Screen embossing folder.  My sentiment is from the Happy Occasion Words die set. To complete my card I used Phone Booth cardstock and Aura AB Crystals. I used alcohol markers to color my Blooming Ornament Glimmer Hot Foil Plate! The dark cardbase with the gold foil really jumps out in the best way! I tried to keep the design clean and I think I accomplished that.

For my second card today, It was my very first try at the floss and a Stitched die. I used the Stitched Petal Diamond Background  Etched die. Along with some plum floss, I used the same Happy Occasion Words die set for the sentiment on this card!  I love how it turned out!  I created a flower in the center of the card and a diamond outline. I kept the design simple and clean.
