Welcome back

Hello, I know I've been gone for some time now, but I am planning on posting several times throughout the week.

I've been busy, first with the move last year, and then we found out in November that my Mother had lung cancer. She succumbed to the disease in February and went home to our heavenly Father.

Since then I can honestly say, crafting has not been at the forefront of my mind. Instead, I've decided to turn to God in an honest and loving way, by having a short bible study each morning, following the guidance of the gospel and other books I've found for women.

But now I'm back to work my way back to my other personal goals, like crafting and finishing my degree starting this summer.

Anywoo! On to what you've stopped by for my latest design!

Today is all about Altenew and a quick way to add color lets take a look.

here are the products

Stamp - Ditsy Print
Color - Watercolor (currently out of stock)

did my favorite splatter and simple watercolor to fill in the image.
adding a few sequins in gold!

Keeping the first post simple, see ya soon

Saturday Watercoloring....

If you've ever tried to watercolor you know its super fun.. but can also be frustrating if you don't have the right kind of ink, you can make a mess instead of a master piece

So its been said you can watercolor with Memento ink... well I say you can!!!

and here's my proof...

I used the Memento ink as one of the colors... Ta Da!!!
I still have crisp lines and lovely colors and yeah I see both the good and bad of using a water based ink to stamp my image. I love how it turned out... even if my flowers aren't perfect!

Here's my card... take another look....

Hope you like it...

Thanks for stoppin' by
Eva

PS.... my watercolor paper was dry, and I used very little water
