A valentine and my stamps

Hello and welcome back. Today I've got a really cute card along with some updates on my stash/hoarding/collection of craftiness. I mean stamp collection or the Altenew portion of my stash.

First up, my crafty project. I found some Valentine inspired designs. I went with a simple sentiment that says everything I want and more.  Placing it onto my backer sheet to align the images into rows, with each of the images touching. This way space would be left between the areas that get inked.

Here is a close-up, click on the image to make it bigger.

The images below are linked to Altenew.com  I also used white cardstock 80lb.

Pink Diamond is part of the Cherry Blossom Mini Cube set
Lastly, I added Enamel Dots in Red Cosmos, the hearts were the perfect touch.

That's it for the card, it was fun and easy to make. Those are my favorite types of cards to create.

Controlling the stash, tis no easy task! I started by sorting the types of stamps I have,

Here's what they looked like before! What a horrible mess of such beautiful stamps. They deserve better!

Tada!!!

It took a bit of time, but I have them all sorted(sort of).  First, by the newest products, those are on the far right. Next, I grabbed all of my stamps that have dies and put them in their own tote.  Then I separated the rest, by sentiments and everything else. Not the best system in the world, but hopefully I will come up with a betting system when I finally get a bit more space.

A must-read:  Jesus Creed, by Scott McKnight.  Its a great book to expand your personal growth in Jesus, and God.

Wow... another day and another blog done! Only 360 to go!
