Butterflies for all you do

todays card is a  thank all my friends and followers

The card started with chalkboard cardstock, where I used a stencil on it from Bo Bunny and texture paste from Ranger. To give my butterflies more life, I took a piece of copy paper and laid it over the wet texture paste, gave a light rub to the entire thing, and pulled the paper up. Leaving behind butterflies, with lots of life to them.. I set it aside to dry. Then it was time to add color, so i chose white pigment ink, and gold ink from Stampin' Up!  First I covered the whole thing in the white ink... with a sponge dauber and let dry (this card required about 4 hours of drying time in between paste, ink and finish). Then I came back with gold and tapped it to cover most of the details within the butterflies. Lastly I added a simple sentiment from For Being You and my card was finally finished.

Kite Shaker Card

As you know I recently got an order from Simon Says Stamp, and one of the items I bought was the Kite Shaker Dies.

I started by cutting my die in Chalkboard cardstock, did a bit of a wash on watercolor paper with soft sky, and marina mist.  I added seed beads and sequins.

Last I added my sentiment from Hooray Its your Day!

Dandelion Wishing

Just wanted to share my latest fun card!

I got my order from Simon Says Stamp (SSS) today... and had to give my new goodies a try
So I used the Dandelion stencil from Clear Scraps, with some Bo Bunny Silver Glitter Paste, on Hello Honey from Stampin' Up! with the Wishing die from SSS, along with a single staple on my Hemp ribbon from AC.
