CYCI#123 Color Challenge - Challenging

This was one of those challenges... you know.. the know the ones that stump you! Ya, that kind!
Well, the colors were selected by Elizabeth this week, yup... I love her... and how she really made me work for it! Hugs!!  Anywho... on to the challenge!

So as I thought about the challenge, I was inspired by a friend who's been there since I started making beautiful cards and a few ugly ones too... One of my crafty friends who just happens to live all the way on the other side of the country!   Justin recently opened his own store called SIP (Stamp Ink Paper) in New York! I had to get some of the cool stuff's he has in stock! Check it out... here's what I got

Lots of goodies, and I also picked a few of his personal sequins mixes!
Yum!!!

The Little Bitty Bag from YNS offered an opportunity to put something inside,
so I went with SIP's Hamptons Ice, which is a crystal clear 2mm sequins!
I mean who wouldn't love sparkly sequins? Right!!!

okay... so let's get to what I used in today's card!

Altenew - Label Love
Simon Says Stamp - Painted Thanks die, 120# thick white cardstock, Stitched Rectangle Dies
Stampin' Up! - White Twine, Real Red and Night of Navy reInkers
Doodlebug - Sprinkles
Richard Garay - Amazing Dots
You Next Stamp - White Kraft Little Bitty Bags
Pretty Pink Posh - Metalic Stars
Memento - Tux Black Ink

Featuring SIP - 4mm Clear Sequins

Well that's it
Until next time

Ellie Loves Lattes YNS

Today's card is all about Coffee...

I started by coloring my Ellie loves latte's with my Spectrum Noir Alcohol markers.
Next, I stamped 6 cups, and colored them as well.. then I added some clear SN Sparkle Glitter Brush pens (totally sparkly) in clear!
I was picking out what I wanted the card to look like, and I'd had a set of Spellbinders dies -Labels One, forever and never used them... until now! I love the compact look of the card.  I've also been trying to include pattern paper when I design my cards, I have tons of it... why not!
So the paper I used is from Doodlebug - Hello Sunshine, plus some white thick cord! The blue wood is washi from Queen & Co. I love them so much, I also have it in pink and green!

I hope you've enjoyed my card of the day!

Until next time

Coffee and YNS

Had another chance to do a little crafting over the past few days... It feels awesome!

Today's card is using Your Next Stamp
Here is YNS Coffee Right Meow!

I made the kitty a bit scruffy, due to the lack of coffee feeling!
I used my Kuretake Zig Clean Color Real Brush watercolors!
I used Ken Oliver's Water-Media paper which I love, not joking totally love it!
I also used some Echo Park pattern paper called Anything Goes :) .
For the finishing touch, I added  a bit of Hemptique twine.

Until next time

SIP#41 Congrats

Hey, everyone... I couldn't resist SIP's challenge!
:)

Starting with the Congrats die and sentiment from YNS!
I did the congrats and the card base in Kraft cardstock from MFT Stamps!
The watercolor paper was done with Heidi Swapp Gold Color Shine, Zig CCRB in pinks and beige's.
I used some black elements on the card to add a bit more color.. my embellishments are from SU and Queen & Co.  I also used my new Corrugated Folder from Taylored Expressions!

:) Until next time...

GDP029

Well now... when I saw the colors over at GDP I had to give it a try!
I started with the YNS set Whatnot Sentiments Four (CYNS172), and selected two awesome sentiments from the set, Congratulations and on your engagement.
As many of you know my two older daughters have gotten engaged this year, and with all the talk of weddings,  this stamp set was clearly the winner!

I used my Zig Clean Color Real Brush watercolors for this project, in Oranges, Blues and Browns.
I also added some SU white cotton ribbon and three Doodlebug Orange, Matte Sprinkles.
I used watercolor paper, chocolate from MFT Stamps, and 120# white from SSS.

I hope you like my card

Until next time,
Eva

PP278 Clean-Simple Challenge

It's been a long time since I've joined in over at Paper Players!
So after I turned in my Final tonight... I needed something to take my mind off the whole thing!

So here we go...
I got some happy mail the other day from YNS (Your Next Stamp)!
The super cute pup and sentiment come from the Phoebe with Wagon stamp set!
I used some Echo Park spring paper in a plaid pattern and some Doodlebug Bright sprinkles in a matte finish.  I used my Zig Clean Color Real Brush pens for coloring in my card today.
I used a bit of brown on the dog, blues in the sky and puddle with a bit of grass and flowers!
My dies are from Simon Says Stamp - Stitched Rectangles and Craftin Desert Divas -Fancy Frames

I hope you've enjoyed my card :)

Until next time
Eva

Update
woohoo... My card was featured at Your Next Stamp blog!

PCC185 A sketch challenge

Today, Paper Craft Crew has a fabulous sketch challenge for you...

Wow...  how cute is this stamp set, I recent got an order from Simon Says Stamp and this awesome set from Your Next Stamp, called Sprinkles Sugar Rush... When it arrived I knew it was going to be colored in with my Spectrum Noir alcohol markers.

I added some MFTStamps  Plaid Patterns 6x6 paper to my card, and it rocks!
I added two of the tiny gummi bears in the corners just peeking in to see what's going on...
I used my SSS Stiched dies, in two sizes and some gold thread I picked up from Walmart.
and finished it off with a bow in bright green.

Until next time
